I had an awesome stay here, good value. A boutique hotel with cheap food. The attached restaurant was great, nice service. New building, clean and contemporary bedroom. The best local beach I've seen before.

Staff was positive, pool area was good, and breakfast was adequate. The bed was soft and room was well-appointed and attractive. We had city view. Had complementary drinks in the main bar.

Very pretty location, very pretty rooms. Worth every penny view, a lovely balcony, great bed, too. Mostly very friendly staff ensuring the good service and guest satisfaction. Within walking distance of the unspoiled beach.

a short walk to ye olde bull inn, where you can have lunch. lovely place for city trip in newport. even the bristol airport was not so far.
